I was searching for my dream car. Had about 6 lined up to look at and SASS was my 1st stop. Turned out they had 3 to choose from and I found what I had been looking for. After taking possession of the vehicle I found a few issues that I hadn't previously noticed and one that developed after about 3 days. Iqbal was very apologetic for the fact that they had been missed and even took parts off another vehicle in stock so that mine could be repaired. The other issues were also handled. Great service! Great cars to choose from!

I've purchased many vehicles, and can honestly say I just had the best experience shopping at SASS Auto Group. Their selection is by the far the best you'll find in Guelph, prices more than fair but the best is their customer service, and especially working with Talib. He's well informed, not at all pushy and helps you make the best decision. I've now driven away with an Audi Q5 and couldn't be happier with my new car. My wife and I bought 2 vehicles from SASS Auto Group recently and it was a great experience. The original plan was to buy a 650i Cabriolet as a trade in for my S5, but thanks to Iqbal's salesmanship and willingness to make a deal, we left with a Rangerover Sport as well. We love both the BMW and Landrover and are very happy with the purchase. Iqbal and Talib were very quick to respond to any questions or issues and are also very knowledgeable about the cars which is surprisingly a rare quality among luxury car dealerships. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a high end used car at a reasonable price. For a car lover, their inventory is a joy to look at and who knows, you might end up leaving with something completely different than what was planned or even with two cars, but you definitely wont regret it.

I usually avoid dealers. Have not had great experiences with them and don't trust them. I am somewhat converted now after my experience with Talib at SASS. They had a really great selection of quality cars that were of higher quality than others we looked at with pricing that was fair. Most of all, I was surprised how much I trusted them. Maybe I can change in my old age. Great family business that cares about having a good reputation in their community and somewhere I feel confident recommending to friends. I will be back to do business with them in the future.

I just wanted to write about my amazing experience at S.A.S.S. Auto. From the first initial interaction to the signing of the documents, both Iqbal and Talib were incredibly welcoming, understanding, patient and kind. I felt welcome, there were no pressures and Iqbal took the time to help me find my perfect ride. I have had my 2010 Audi Q5 for about a month now and I love it! I would recommend S.A.S.S. I recently have been in the market for a new car and was looking for something more luxurious. When coming across S.A.S.S I noticed how they had a wide range of vehicles in their show room. This was my first purchase from a large dealership so I was a little nervous. But, Talib and Iqbal both made the experience so smooth, pleasant and easy for me. They took extra care to explain all the small things that I was unaware about and made sure I was confident and comfortable during the purchase and over all experience. I was in a pretty bad accident at the end of January which ultimately forced me into the car buying market. I was getting very frustrated and was finding it very difficult to get into car buying mode. S.A.S.S was my last stop after a very frustrating weekend and I am very happy I decided to stop by before they closed or else I don't think I would have been so successful in finding a car. My favourite part was how not pushy they are. It was a nice relief to not feel pressure to buy something when I had so much else going on. I ended up leaving with a beautiful 2015 Subaru Legacy that I plan to have for a long time, or until I am ready to go back to S.A.S.S for my future Subaru WRX. Absolutely the best car buying experience ever. Knowledgeable, helpful, no games, was receptive to my upgrades/adders - like my tint I wanted (some won't sell that to you because they don't really make $$ on it and tell you to do it on your own) and a lightening quick delivery!
